Profesor/a de Inglés - Clases Particulares

I am an American citizen with dual US and Italian nationality. I am currently living in Italy but plan to move to Alicante, Spain in October 2023.

Regarding my qualifications for teaching English:
I hold a BA degree in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University, and I have experience in teaching both in a classroom (conversational Italian for adults) and 1-on-1 tutoring (beginning German for high school student).
I am currently in the process of obtaining my TESL/TOEFL certificate from Arizona State University, which I will have by October.
I have extensive business experience in IT/Internet, software, hardware, SaaS and cloud technologies, and I have an excellent knowledge of MBA-style business English, as well as the English-based technical jargon associated with those areas of technology.
I am thus well-suited for not only general English, but also executive-level Business English as well as technical English across various disciplines.
Aside from my career as an international sales and marketing executive, I have always maintained a secondary occupation as a writer – both as a professional author (I have published 4 books) and as a web blogger and journalist.
Regarding my personal situation:
I am now 64 years old and wish to change my career path to afford a more accommodating lifestyle in Spain. I want to move to a more sustainable work/home balance as I have no intention of ever “retiring”.

My goal is to move to Alicante and pursue a new career as an English teacher/tutor while maintaining my writing activities.
I should note that I also speak, read and write fluent German, Italian and French, and I would be an excellent teacher/tutor in those languages as well. In German I would also be able to teach executive-level Business German, as I have lived and worked in Germany for over 11 years.
