I started learning the sitar with Alvaro and I can say that he is an incredible sitar teacher. He taught me step by step, and his teaching method is very authentic having learnt it from a sitar maestro. Just within a few classes I found myself playing it smoothly because of his practice-based approach. Overall, I had a wonderful experience learning the sitar from him and I was able to value the sitar even more than I already did.
