Angie es una excelente profesora. Sabe cómo enseñar bien un idioma: no dándote ejercicio tras ejercicio de gramática, sino alentándote a usar el idioma para crear significado personal y sumergirte e involucrarte con la cultura. Trabaja duro para cada uno de sus estudiantes y se asegura de que mejoren mucho desde donde empezaron. Angie is an excellent teacher. She knows how to teach a language well: not by giving you exercise after exercise in grammar, but by encouraging you to use the language to create personal meaning and immerse yourself in and engage with the culture. She works hard for each of her students and ensures that they improve a lot from wherever they started.

Y con su ayuda me siento más cómodo con el vocabulario utilizado específicamente en España. La recomiendo, si necesita ayuda para escuchar y hablar.

I took Spanish classes with Angie for 3 years and loved every minute of it! She cares very deeply for her students and is super knowledgeable. We completed a lot of fun, immersive activities to aid in our learning. It was also super enjoyable to learn about the different cultures of hispanic countries from class to class. Though it has been about 3 years since I last took a class with her, I still am able to converse in Spanish while traveling and am able to understand most of the Spanish in various shows and songs. That is evidence I can give of her excellent teaching. I cannot recommend her more!

I have had the pleasure of learning Spanish with Profesora Angie Browne for three years and I highly recommend her! Not only is she kind and patient, but she is also a very engaging and experienced teacher. Her use of music, videos, and conversation practice helped me bring the language out of the classroom and directly into use. Her knowledge of the nuances of various dialects and slang used around the world has been super useful for everyday life. When traveling abroad, I have been told I sound like a native multiple times, which I attribute to her dedication and care for every one of her students to improve. She is super fun to be around and has all sorts of tips and tricks to master the grammar and vocab. Once again, I highly recommend Profe Browne and would take her classes again!

Angie is the best Spanish teacher I have ever had!! She is the sole reason that I am able to speak Spanish as well as I do. She always takes extra time to make her classes fun by including music, pop culture, and art. She is a strong proponent of complete immersion and will challenge you to only speak Spanish with her. She is very patient with new students and is capable of teaching both Latin American and Spain Spanish. I seriously cannot recommend her as a teacher enough! Angie is a brilliant professor with an amazing method and natural cadence for teaching. Her lessons are always fun and engaging and she presents students with a variety of exposures to Spanish that allow students to see, listen, read, and speak Spanish in several different ways. Angie is deeply invested in the success of her students, as she sees their progress as her own pleasure. A class with Angie is akin to a familiar and elongated conversation with a friend sprinkled with fun learning activities. Angie is nothing short of a truly gifted purveyor of the Spanish language and anyone would be lucky to receive her instruction.

Angie was amazing! She is nice, patient and very knowledgable about Spanish and the multiple regional dialects and varieties. I definitely recommend her! You will learn a lot of useful phrases and vocabulary that is actually useful in your daily life.
