As an active job seeker, I offer my knowledge and experience as an English teacher, with a 15+ year career working with students of all ages and levels, with special emphasis on Cambridge exams preparation, in-company classes and 1-to-1 as well as school support lessons. In addition to this, with a background in film and the arts, cinema and music tend to have a strong presence in my classes. My strengths are my patience, sense of humour and empathy towards students’ specific needs, which is something that brings variety and dynamism to my sessions, where you would typically find group discussions, paired dialogues and individual speaking sessions, audio-visual stimuli, board and digital games, puzzles, and crosswords… without losing sight of the core grammatical and lexical foundations. If I may, the opinions of my students and their performance over the years, which are the result of hours of research and development, attest to the above. I believe these are factors worth highlighting, and hopefully they could be beneficial to you.
