Motivated and committed international student seeking part-time opportunity

I am passionate about empowering young people by creating opportunities for learning, fostering meaningful discussions, and encouraging action. Personally, I have experienced joining exchange programs in ASEAN, such as the Empowering Youth Across ASEAN program and the ASEAN Foundation Model ASEAN meeting, where I had the opportunity to use my English as well as learn in a multicultural environment and share knowledge and experiences through meaningful conversation. These experiences inspired me to help others, especially young people, improve their communication skills, and it strengthened my passion for empowering young people and teaching and guiding students.In my English class, I would create a supportive and interactive space where students feel confident to speak and share ideas. I truly believe that the best way to learn English is by using it so I would focus on conversation-based activities such as discussions, role-plays, and group tasks.To prepare, I review materials, design engaging speaking exercises, and plan questions that encourage dialogue. My goal is to make lessons practical, enjoyable, and motivating so students build both language skills and confidence in expressing themselves.
