As a communication expert, I have a passion for amplifying messages of triumph and benefitting the public, inspired by individuals like Tony Meléndez. My professional objective is rooted in this purpose, which has guided my career as a Human Resources diagnostician, a Public Relations strategist, and an international business founder. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a marketing focus and a diploma in Human Resources Management. In addition to my degrees, I'm also a TEFL teacher, a life coach with a focus on addiction recovery, and a specialist in the 4 Disciplines of Execution. I'm a native speaker of both English and Spanish. My skills include industrial psychology diagnostics, creating and facilitating workshops and lectures, public relations tool-kit creation, and sponsorship attraction and execution. I am the founder of LIMINI BTL/EV/PR, a marketing company focused on social responsibility. Through this company, I've led communications and commercial teams on high-impact projects, such as the first Guatemala City Half-Marathon and the "Break the Cycle" campaign for the British Embassy. The "Break the Cycle" campaign was a massive success, with my team leading the coordination of over 50 sponsors and media partners, resulting in all 10,000 tickets being sold with over a week to spare. In addition to my work in marketing and PR, I also have experience as a teacher, having taught all levels of English, from beginner to advanced, and even giving Spanish lessons to students. My teaching style has been described as enthusiastic, caring, flexible, and versatile. As a teacher, my students have consistently outperformed other classes and have been able to show continuous improvement in their English skills.
