I believe the best way to learn a language is by feeling comfortable and motivated. That’s why I focus on creating a relaxed atmosphere where students feel confident speaking, participating, and improving naturally without fear of making mistakes. My classes are adapted to each person’s level, personality, and goals, combining conversation, listening, vocabulary, pronunciation, and real-life English.
I’m a patient, friendly, and approachable teacher who genuinely enjoys helping students grow and gain confidence. I like making lessons interactive and engaging so that learning feels natural instead of repetitive or stressful. For me, teaching is not only about grammar... it’s about communication, confidence, and helping students enjoy the process.
Over the years, many students and parents have highlighted how comfortable they feel during my classes, how enjoyable the lessons are, and the progress they notice over time. Seeing students become more confident and motivated with English is one of the things I enjoy the most about teaching ?
Besides teaching, I also created my own podcast, *CUT THE MUSTARD with Carmela*, available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, where I talk about language, communication, culture, and personal growth in a natural and relatable way.
Learning English should feel motivating, practical, and enjoyable and that’s exactly the kind of experience I try to create in every class.
