Classes will be informal, intuitive and interesting with this ex-New Yorker, ex-Bostonian who is now a permanent resident of Santander (Maliaño).

All of my students have had very different needs and one of the first things that we must do together is to choose the appropriate method and materials for your particular needs.

For those who have time to do homework, informal oral presentations and writing assignments are very useful to help us find your errors, identify your weak points and to increase you vocabulary.

For those who don't have time to do homework, there are different types of activities that we can do in class. A typical one is to read short articles about interesting world, societal and trending issues (ranging from the most trivial to the most serious), to learn the related vocabulary and then discuss our opinions about that subject.

I can go to your home or meet somewhere quiet. I prefer online classes on Skype, Zoom and Teams.
