Hola!
As a teacher, I have worked in a variety of international environments to promote language education for various age groups and levels around the world. I studied to become a teacher in the United States, and am qualified to teach both English and Spanish at the middle and high school levels. Since then, I have completed TEFL training and two masters in education, one in International Education and the other in Teacher Formation in order to teach at the secondary level in Spain.

I have experience teaching adults in continuing education classes in Spain, as well as university classes in the USA and China. Furthermore, I have worked individually with professionals in private lessons to advance their English skills in their fields, from medicine to politics, including revision of oral and written work. Furthermore, I have worked with students in private lessons to improve their performance on English exams including the Cambridge exams and the EVAU university entrance exams, as well as applications for study abroad, university, and work.

My teaching style includes a focus on authentic materials, which vary depending on the students' goals, but may include news articles, scientific journals, business magazines, or literary texts. Additionally, I believe in a hands-on approach, involving students in every aspect of their learning experience, from the selection of topics to the focus of revision and practice. Class styles will range depending on the students' goals, but may involve practice exams, debates about current events, presentation simulations, or writing consultations.

I always welcome feedback and will regularly ask for the students' input about what works or doesn't work for them. I look forward to getting to know your learning style and helping you achieve your goals!
