Cristina Gonzalez

¡Hola! Have you ever understood Spanish perfectly in class, only to freeze the moment someone actually speaks to you? You're not alone, and that's exactly what I love helping students overcome.

Hi! I'm Cristina, a qualified Primary School Teacher specialising in language teaching, with an official Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE).

I love teaching Spanish in a natural, practical and friendly way. For me, learning a language is not just about memorising grammar and vocabulary, it's about gaining the confidence to actually communicate and enjoy the process.

I adapt my lessons to each student's needs, level, interests and goals. We can focus on conversation, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, exam preparation, or simply developing the Spanish you need for everyday life.

I'm also passionate about languages, travelling and discovering different cultures, so I like to bring real-life situations and cultural insights into my lessons.

Over the years, I've taught students in Spain, Ireland and the UK, from complete beginners to learners preparing for DELE exams, and many who felt stuck at an intermediate level and needed a fresh push. As a native speaker from Huelva, in sunny Andalusia, I'll also share the everyday expressions, humour and cultural details you won't find in textbooks.

Every lesson leaves you with something you can use straight away, whether it's ordering confidently in a tapas bar, chatting with Spanish-speaking friends or impressing your colleagues.

If you're looking for relaxed, engaging Spanish lessons where you can learn at your own pace and feel comfortable making mistakes, I'd love to help you on your Spanish journey! Send me a message and let's plan your first lesson together. ¡Nos vemos pronto!
