Danny Shuker

Hi, my name is Danny, and I’m an English Language Teacher from the UK. I’m currently based in Seville, Spain, where I teach both online and in-person.

I’m a certified English teacher with a CELTA qualification from CLIC International House here in Seville. This means I’ve been trained to teach English to speakers of other languages using the most effective and practical methods.

Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a manager in the outdoor adventure industry. I trained and coached many team members, which gave me a strong background in communication, leadership, and professional development. Because of this, I can also help you prepare for job interviews or improve your English for the workplace.

Outside the classroom, I love being active—hiking, running, and water sports are some of my favorite ways to spend time outdoors.

In our lessons, we can focus on conversation practice, grammar, vocabulary, or specific goals like preparing for Cambridge exams. I use a range of materials, including textbooks, videos, articles, and real-life speaking scenarios, to help make learning fun and effective.
