Diego Nevado López

Regarding my qualifications, I am a trilingual English teacher, trainer and coordinator, holder of a Degree in Law and English Studies, of a Merit Grade Certificate in TEFL, and I am also in the possession of all the Cambridge Examination Certificates. I do have an experience of more than twenty years as teacher and trainer in El Vallès and Barcelona with students of different levels.

At the moment I am working as invigilator of the Cambridge official exams for Exams Catalunya and as head of studies in Mt Idiomes, based in Cerdanyola del Vallés. My duties in this language school consist of: covering classes, giving guidance and support to the students, monitoring, managing and giving support to teachers, liaising with students, teachers and director, and carrying out all the tasks related to academic management in general (invoicing and managing clients’ database and enrolments). I am also in charge of preparing materials for the course and carrying out teachers’ trainings.

I have also worked as trainer of English for different companies in Barcelona and El Vallés areas. Companies such as Dachser Logistics in the CIM Vallés, TVE in Sant Cugat, HP, Sharp, Delphi, Dow Corning, Danone, Henkel and many more. In these firms I trained corporate employees and I taught a wide range of groups and levels. In all these courses I followed the guidelines established by bodies such as the Fundación Tripartita and I assessed the levels of attendance, progress, work and motivation of the students.

Regarding my skills, I am a professional, hardworking, organised and a very friendly and approachable person with excellent organisational and communicative skills, able to work as a leader and as a member of the team. Furthermore, I always show a very high level of responsibility and commitment.
