My lessons are relaxed, practical, and adapted to each student. I like to give students plenty of opportunities to speak from the beginning, because I believe the best way to learn a language is to actually use it.

Depending on your level and goals, we can focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar or everyday situations. We can also use topics that interest you to make the lessons more natural and enjoyable.

I have experience teaching English, and my professional background in translation has given me a strong understanding of languages and the challenges that come with learning them. I’m used to explaining things clearly and adapting my approach depending on the student.

I can help you whether you are starting from scratch, trying to become more fluent, or simply want someone to practise with regularly. We can work on the areas where you feel least confident and adjust the pace as you progress.

For conversation lessons, I want you to do most of the talking. I’ll guide the conversation, introduce useful vocabulary and expressions, correct mistakes when helpful, and explain anything that you find difficult.

You don’t need to speak perfectly or be afraid of making mistakes. My lessons are a space to practice, ask questions, and improve at your own pace.
I also enjoy using real-world materials such as articles, videos, music, and everyday conversations when appropriate. This keeps lessons varied and gives you the chance to learn language that people actually use outside of a textbook. My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling that you have learned something useful and are a little more confident than when you started.
