My philosophy of teaching is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. I believe that a teacher has a moral obligation to assist in this, and it is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential.
Classrooms should provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas, opinions and be able to take risks. As a teacher I am there to guide and assist with each and every one of my students developing their own potential learning styles. Students should be able to express themselves as well as embracing the differences of others.
Teaching is a process of learning. This is a lifelong process, not only for students, but also teachers. You are always learning new strategies, new ideas and new philosophies from others. Over time my educational philosophy may change, this means that I have grown and learned new things
