Bringing over five years of experience across the education and wellness sectors, I specialize in cultivating a deeply supportive environment for my students. My sessions are designed as a safe, pressure-free space where learners of all backgrounds can comfortably engage, practice, and participate. By blending a creative and compassionate approach, I ensure that each interactive session is not just educational, but an empowering experience that builds genuine confidence.
Each of my sessions is intentionally structured into three seamless parts to help you learn without pressure: 1. Welcome & Grounding: We begin with a brief check-in and a gentle mindfulness exercise to help you leave the busy day behind and center yourself in the space. 2. Mindful Creative Flow: Immerse yourself in the art-making process. The therapist will guide the student to engage in the art directive such as creation through textures, colors, and movement of the materials without worrying about the final product. 3. Reflection & Resilience Sharing: A safe, open space to share your thoughts and feelings about your creation, helping you discover personal insights and inner strength.
