My name is Emma, I am 23 years old. I am from Ireland and currently living in Valencia, Spain.
Ihave a 120-hour advanced international TEFL certificate and have experience in private online tutoring. I am a very passionate, eager and compassionate person, so my goal is to get students to their personal goals and improve their confidence in themselves when using the English language. Depending on a students aim, current English level and personal learning style, I like to tailor my classes in order to get the best results. I use a wide range of different resources and materials, including my own materials I have made, general conversation, websites, videos, and visual aids from native English sources. I believe the right mix between all of these can improve a students' fluency and accuracy in the English language, making them confident English speakers.
For the most part I am fully flexible with times and dates for online classes, which typically last for 50-60 minutes but I am open to different lengths in classes based on availability. For in person classes I will need to discuss availability before hand based on location.
I would like to be able to help students to improve on each aspect of the English language, whether that includes grammar, vocabulary, reading skills, writing skills, listening skills, speaking or a combination of all of these.
Whether students are looking to learn English to pass exams, for work, or simply to be able to speak confidently while traveling, I would like to think that I am the right person to help them achieve their goals.
