Gemma Marti

Hey everyone,
I am pleased to introduce myself. My name is Gemma Marti. I was born in a city very close to Barcelona (Catalonia) so that’s why I am bilingual. I speak Spanish and Catalan (my native languages) and as a third language I speak English as well.
I have travelled almost all around the world and I have been living in Australia and Guatemala for a long time. My life is an adventure, I have been always attracted to different countries from the one I was born.
I studied at International House and certified myself as an ELE teacher.
My work is fantastic, I am a Spanish teacher for not native speakers and also an English teacher for beginners. I love when my creativity arises, I love preparing the material for a class, being able to share it with a group of people. My knowledge, helps other people improving their Spanish.
When I was living in Australia I was studying English, for this reason I empathize with you 100%. In fact, I am also still learning another language, as you.
I am specialized in beginner and intermediate levels, I have a lot of patience and I am a very calm person. Thanks to my travels and teaching Spanish classes to different people I know many cultures and I know the way to explain the content of the class depending on the type of person.
I create my own material for each student according to the needs and the goal that has, I can adapt myself completely.
