I am a mature hardworking individual, I have excellent Language & Communication skills due to my previous role as a Childcare Professional. I have a natural rapport with children & can engage with them in a positive fun way implementing interesting topics to discuss, games to play without being overbearing. I have an eye for detail & can quickly alter the way in which I teach if I feel something is not working for the group. I have extensive patience when it comes to dealing with children & find we can resolve the conflict together easily.

I have been a Childcare professional for more than 10 years, on a daily basis this involves communicating effectively with Parents & Children. I feel this has developed my skills greatly & makes me a very unflappable person. I have also developed extensive customer service skills through opening my Coffee Shop in London called Under the Willow Tree. I can handle a crisis without becoming overwhelmed resulting in a positive customer experience. Currently I am studying Early Childhood Studies along with a Psychology Degree.
