Hello! My name is Grace and I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated English tutor currently living in Spain, where I’ve been teaching at an English academy. This experience has been incredibly rewarding and has deepened my passion for helping others express themselves through the power of language. I believe language is more than just communication—it’s a gateway to connection, creativity, and confidence. With a background in the arts, including singing and dancing, I bring a creative and engaging energy to my lessons, while also maintaining a professional and structured approach. Education and Qualifications
My passion for language and communication led me to complete the CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) with DC Teacher Training in 2025—an intensive, internationally recognised qualification that equipped me with a solid foundation in English language teaching. I also studied French and Spanish at A-Level (grades C and B respectively, completed in 2024), which has given me first-hand insight into the challenges and rewards of language learning—something I bring into my own teaching with empathy and understanding.

Teaching Experience
Since February 2025, I’ve been working as an English teacher at Emerald English Academy in Los Palacios y Villafranca, near Seville. Here, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching students from A1 to C1 level, including both children and adults, in a variety of course types—general English, conversation classes, and exam preparation (such as Cambridge PET and FCE). I love adapting my lessons to suit the unique needs of my students, using creative approaches to make learning enjoyable, while maintaining a clear structure to ensure consistent progress.

I also work as a private online tutor, designing personalised lessons that help learners improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. I strive to create a warm, encouraging environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn. Whether I’m teaching one-on-one or in a classroom, I value building strong, supportive relationships with my students and helping them reach their goals.
