Hi! My name's Harriet, I'm a Level 3 Qualified Person Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. My passion for movement, extensive knowledge and motivating personality has helped numerous people achieve their goals, NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!

I understand that each person is an individual with their own history, likes and dislikes, reasons for exercising and personal goals. This means that I will never take a 'one size fits all' approach training. I will develop a personalised programme that is specific to YOU!
We will begin with a free movement analysis - this will allow me to identify any mobility issues, strength imbalances and understand where your current fitness level is. From here, we will sit down and have an in-depth consultation to go through numerous areas of your health and lifestyle. With all this information, I can build a plan that will help you to SMASH YOUR GOALS and FEEL FANTASTIC.
I believe in a holistic approach so we will not only work on your fitness but also gradually make changes to improve your sleep, stress, nutrition, hydration and overall wellness.
