Teaching is from the heart is not from the book. I regard my students not as a teaching object, instead I treat them as talented human beings who can think, feel and act by themselves, which means I listen to them and plan the class based on their needs and goals, trying my best to guide and assist them through their English learning journey. Helping, motivating and supporting my students is the things that I will do always. Besides, it’s never too old to learn. As an English teacher, I also need to learn every day to keep up with the development of languages, technology and society.
