Jaclyn Lobón

Hi! I'm a New Zealander living in Majadahonda, Madrid, with experience teaching English to all ages, from babies and young children to adults and professionals.

I previously worked with IC Idiomas, teaching English to adults in their workplaces. This gave me experience adapting classes to different levels, needs and learning styles. I believe learning a language should be practical, enjoyable and tailored to each student.

Some people prefer to focus on conversation and building confidence, while others benefit from a more structured approach with grammar exercises and vocabulary practice. Perhaps you need to prepare for a presentation, get ready for a job interview or improve your English for work. Whatever your goals, I'm happy to adapt our classes to suit you.

Outside teaching, I have a background in art and design and have travelled extensively. I enjoy learning about different cultures, meeting people and exchanging ideas. I also enjoy keeping fit, watching sports and spending time with my young family, so there's always something to talk about!

As a native English speaker from New Zealand, I can help you practise natural, everyday English in a relaxed and friendly environment. My aim is to help you feel comfortable speaking, learning from mistakes and making progress at your own pace.

Whether you'd like to improve your professional English or simply have more opportunities to practise speaking, I'd love to help you achieve your goals. I'm always happy to explore new topics and help you feel more confident using English in everyday life. I look forward to meeting you!
