I have been teaching for over 16 years and have worked with adults and teenagers. As very empathetic and extroverted person, I teach individually and in groups adapting to the needs of my students (Business English English for Professional area training as my specialty plus General English, Conversation, Exams (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEIC, Trinity, Magisterio).
I love doing Conversation classes y I love variety when it comes to teaching, so I work with all the levels, even if it involves more work to do.
I have taken part in several Immersion Programmes (for Teens and Adults) with the companies Diverbo and Estación Inglesa(Madrid).
I usually work for the Companies, Academies and do some Private lessons as well. As for the dynamics in my class, it is always different and depends on the students and what they need. But I tend to keep it entertaining, varied and use lots of real-life resources, videos, podcasts and books too.
Regarding my teaching method, it tends to be a Communicative Approach where the real communication in English is the most important part, not pure Grammar. I love training real English and see people evolve in terms of spoken fluency. Even though I can easily help with Grammar or with any kind of work or project to do in English (for Magisterio, Jos interview or Professional English f.ex.).
I treat everybody equally and try to have very positive relationship with my students. One of my objectives is to transmit enthusiasm towards English, make a person feel better, since a language is a whole amazing world which has a lot to offer. Llevo enseñando hace más de 16 años y doy clases de desarrollo de fluidez, conversación en el area de Business y General; a adultos y niños, hago clases individuales y en grupo. Enseño Inglés General, Inglés de Empresa or de areas técnicas específicas, preparo para exámenes (Cambridge, IELTS, Trinity, TOEIC, Magisterio) y he dado Business (hasta el nevel de C2) también.
Me encanta hacer clases de conversación y me gusta la variedad de niveles y objetivos por conseguir, por lo cual enseño a todos los niveles, aunque me de más trabajo. He participado en varias Inmersiones Lingüísticas en Inglés rigurosas para adolescentes y adultos con las compañias Pueblo Inglés (Madrid) y la Estación Inglesa (Murcia) .
La dinámica de mi clase siempre es distinta porque eso depende de los estudiantes y sus objetivos, pero suelo hacerlo ameno, variado y uso muchos recursos reales, modernos y libros también.
Mi metodología se acerca a Communicative Approach donde la comunicación real en el idioma es lo más importante, no la gramática pura. Aunque siempre puedo ayudar con la gramática o algún trabajo que se necesita hacer en Inglés (Magisterio, por ejemplo).
Trato a todos por igual y procuro mantener relación muy positiva con mis alumnos. Uno de mis objetivos es transmitir el entusiasmo hacia el Inglés, hacer sentir mejor a cada persona, porque un idioma es un mundo increible que tiene mucho que aportar.
