I approach teaching by creating a personalized learning plan for each student, allowing them to grow at their own pace and build on their individual strengths. My role is to guide and support them in a way that feels encouraging, engaging, and safe. I aim to create a positive and optimistic environment where learning feels enjoyable rather than overwhelming. To make lessons more effective and memorable, I incorporate singing, relatable real-life examples, and interactive exercises that help students connect with the language in a natural and meaningful way.

Experience: 3 years International English teacher to Korean, Japanese and Chinese students. On top of that, I work as a private English tutor.
