Lara Vilar Vives

Hi there! Let me introduce myself ;)

I’m 28 years old and I studied at the BRITISH SCHOOL of Vila-real. I was born in Castellón but moved to Alicante at the age of 17 and I’m in love with this city ever since.

My hobbies include activities such as reading, dancing and enjoying nature. I studied business and management at University and I’m currently studying Chinese Medicine.

I started teaching English when I was 17, while studying my degree and haven’t stopped since then, as I truly enjoy it. I have an extensive experience as a tutor to both children and adults and I have also worked as an interpreter for several companies.

I really enjoy spending time with kids, teaching them the English language in a cool environment full of games and laughs.
A part from this, and as long as I have parents approval, we include activities such as cooking, playing sports, board games, swimming pool… anything is possible!

I also have experience as an English nanny, as I’ve spent summers having fun with several kids while parents had to work or just needed some time to rest.

I drive and can move to different towns such as San Vicente, San Juan, Campello, Mutxamel, and can also go to Alicante’s city centre.

Just in case you’re not sure yet, I have many references you may talk to.

I also prepare people for Cambridge Certificates (levels A2, B1, B2, C1, C2).
