Hi! I’m Liv!

I’m an English teacher and tutor who believes that learning English should feel approachable, encouraging, and confidence-building, not overwhelming.

I currently work as an English teacher, supporting students at different levels and with different learning styles, both in the classroom and one-on-one. My teaching style is patient, structured, and adaptable. I meet students where they are and help them grow from there, step by step, at a pace that actually works for them!

In our sessions, I focus on:

Reading comprehension and critical thinking

Writing skills (grammar, structure, clarity, and voice)

Vocabulary building and language development

Essay support and school assignments

Building confidence in speaking and written English

Every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, goals, and interests. Some students benefit from visuals and examples, others from conversation and practice, and others from clear structure and repetition I adjust accordingly. My goal is always the same: to help students understand, not just memorize.

I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and gaining confidence in their abilities. Progress matters, but so does how students feel while learning.
