Hello, I’m Lucía, a primary school teacher with over seven years’ experience in bilingual schools in Spain. I have worked as a class tutor, subject specialist and coordinator of bilingual programmes, which has allowed me to adapt to a wide range of needs and types of students.

I have also had the opportunity to live abroad, in London and the United States, where I completed part of my training. This experience has given me a clear understanding of the challenges faced by people learning a language outside their home country, and has helped me develop an empathetic, supportive approach.

Over the years, I have provided private lessons to many foreign students, especially native English-speaking adults looking to improve their Spanish so they can manage daily life more confidently in Spain. That’s why my lessons are designed to help you overcome the fear of speaking, build your confidence and express yourself naturally in real situations — at the doctor’s, in a shop, or enjoying a conversation with friends.

I use a communicative approach with practical activities, visual resources and digital tools, always tailoring the content to your interests and goals. I can deliver lessons online.
