Friendly person with great interpersonal skills and a real passion for teaching.

I aim to make learning English easier and taking the time to help all levels grasp the language. As a native English speaker trying to learn Spanish myself, I know it can be a daunting task. Hopefully with activities and experience I can be the extra bit of help you will need.

I will also try to tailor classes based on what students want to get out of the classes and what level students are comfortable moving at. It is a judgment free zone so we can move at the students' own pace. For myself I would also like to learn more about students so I would be encouraging some time spent speaking (in English) about yourselves but as I said no pressure, it can be at a steady pace.

I am a firm believer in having a friendly face makes things a bit easier, so I would love to build trust and supporting relationships and hope I would be given the same opportunity. I would also be happy to listen to feedback and help students decide what works best for them and vice versa! The content of the classes would be dependent on individual students needs and strengths but also weaknesses.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Science in Ireland, which was heavily focused on English as a subject in general, and I am currently in the process of obtaining my TEFL certificate. I have also volunteered to teach Ukrainians some English when the war first broke out and I met some in my local town. I would be more than happy to discuss more with anyone interested.
