I have 5 years of teaching experience in the Philippines. I handled classes and encouraged students to be a competitive individual. I'll make sure that my classroom is well arranged and conducive for learners to motivate them in daily interactions with their teacher and classmates. I also make sure to give feedback on students' performance that will help their self-growth and confidence towards learning.
