I started classes with Alana without very high expectations — I just wanted to improve my English for work. What surprised me most was her method: sessions are built around real conversation from the very beginning, and grammar gets corrected naturally along the way, without breaking the flow. It's a different approach from what I'd tried before, and it genuinely works.
The enthusiasm she brings to every session is infectious — not something you always find with private tutors. After just the first few classes I already noticed a real difference in how confidently I spoke with English-speaking clients.
I had to pause for personal reasons, but I'm planning to pick it up again soon. I'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone who actually wants to make progress.
