Power yoga classes in English. Month of July

Hi, friends!

My name is Maria, and I am originally from Spain. Travelling has always been my first passion. It has taken me around the world, and throughout that journey, yoga has been my constant companion for the past 15 years.

Yoga became more than just a practice for me, it became a source of grounding and clarity no matter where I found myself. The endless benefits it brings to my life-physically, mentally and emotionally motivated me to become an instructor.

I will be in Madrid the month of July for in-person private and group lessons and would love you to join me on a journey of presence, wellbeing, and self-discovery, all while having fun. I can’t wait to flow, grow and connect with each of you on the mat!
