Throughout my academic journey and diverse experiences, I have honed a set of personal competencies that I believe are essential in both academic and professional settings:
1) Goal-Driven Approach: I am inherently motivated and goal-oriented, consistently striving to exceed objectives set before me. This determination has enabled me to maintain a high level of academic achievement, as evidenced by my recognition within the top 3% of candidates in the Business Administration & Marketing double-major.
2) Team Player: My experiences as a team member in various projects, such as the Technovation Challenge and Digital Transformation initiatives, have cultivated my ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. I understand the value of collective effort and thrive in group environments.
3) Analytical Skills: Through my coursework and internships, particularly my roles as a Financial Analyst Intern at Aurquia, I have developed strong analytical skills. I am adept at financial statement analysis, data interpretation, and generating meaningful insights from complex information.
4) Leadership Qualities: My involvement in organizational leadership roles, such as my position as a Project Coordinator for the Technovation Challenge and my participation in the CEU Xperience Internship, has equipped me with essential leadership skills. I can coordinate projects, motivate team members, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
5) Cross-Cultural Communication: Having studied in multilingual environments (German School) and undertaken an exchange year at Boston Univeristy, I have cultivated strong cross-cultural communication skills. I am fluent in Spanish, German and English, allowing me to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
6) Adaptability and Initiative: My participation in the IBM Consulting and CEU Club's Digital Transformation project and subsequent role as Customer Experience Intern at Accenture Song showcases my adaptability and initiative. I am quick to embrace new challenges, proactively seeking solutions to complex problems.
