María Vázquez Gordillo

An experienced and qualified English Teacher with a Masters in Learning Methodology, able to adapt the lessons to all students' needs. Teaching strategies and activities are fun and based on your knowledge. You will have the time to speak at you own pace.
María has taught for the past three years at Thames Valley School in Reading, England. Along with her teaching experience, she has coached and managed a team of eight staff and three primary classrooms. She was considered an active and validated member of the school, being part of the Governing Body, delivering CPD sessions and workshops for professionals in the community, organizing several school projects, coaching new teachers and learning mentors and planning outings and activities involving parents and others.
Nevertheless, what she enjoys the most is teaching, motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
She also has extensive experience working with young people with special needs, being able to adapt and personalize lessons to their abilities and needs.
