Hello! My name is Mary Irish, and I am a licensed teacher in the Philippines with a TEFL certificate. I am passionate about helping students improve their English skills in a supportive, engaging, and goal-oriented learning environment.

In my classes, I use a student-centered and communicative approach. This means students are encouraged to speak as much as possible while I guide them with corrections, vocabulary support, and clear explanations. My lessons are interactive and include conversations, role-plays, guided discussions, and practical exercises that help students use English in real-life situations.

I focus on developing all four skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—with special emphasis on speaking confidence and fluency. I also adjust my teaching methods based on each student’s level, goals, and learning style to ensure effective progress. Whether a student is a beginner or intermediate learner, I make sure lessons are engaging, structured, and easy to follow.

I have experience teaching English to learners of different ages and backgrounds, and I always aim to create a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and motivated.

My goal as a teacher is to help students become confident English communicators who can use the language naturally in everyday life, travel, work, or study. I look forward to supporting each learner in achieving their personal language goals.
