Mihaela Vataman

Hi! My name is Mihaela, and I'm so glad you're here! I’m an enthusiastic and patient teacher who enjoys working with both children and adults.

My lessons are always adapted to each student’s age, level, goals, and interests. I believe that learning a language should be practical, engaging, and enjoyable, so I like to combine conversation, vocabulary, grammar, listening and interactive activities. My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you feel comfortable speaking English and making mistakes, because mistakes are an important part of learning.

I have six months of experience teaching English in China, where I worked with students from different backgrounds. I also completed a full academic year of volunteering at a public nursery and primary school in Murcia, Spain. During this experience, I taught English, Italian, and introductory Chinese to children and supported teachers in different classroom activities. I have also given private language lessons to university students.

I hold a 180-Hour Level 5 TEFL Diploma and have experience adapting my teaching style to different ages and learning needs. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, or simply gain more confidence speaking English, I will help you progress step by step.
