My work experience includes working on a German cruise ship, in Austria as a translator and in call centres in various positions. I can fully understand the beginner and the fear of speaking German for the first time. I am very practical and like to focus on the methods that will help the person to start speaking and acquiring the language as soon as possible. I like to tailor the programme to the learner's needs so that they feel comfortable.
