I am an English teacher currently in the penultimate year of my English Language Teacher Education degree at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), one of Brazil's leading public universities. I currently live in Brazil and speak both Portuguese, my native language, and English fluently. Over the past three years, I have taught English and Portuguese to students aged 6 to 18, working with learners from different backgrounds and proficiency levels.

My teaching approach is student-centered, practical, and supportive. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to their goals, pace, and learning style. I enjoy teaching grammar and vocabulary because they provide the foundation students need to communicate accurately. However, I believe the true purpose of learning a language is communication. For this reason, I place a strong emphasis on conversation, helping students develop confidence and fluency through meaningful speaking activities and real-life situations.

I strive to create a positive and welcoming learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing at their own pace. My lessons are interactive, engaging, and designed to encourage active participation rather than passive memorization. Whether a student wants to improve their English for school, work, travel, exams, or personal development, I am committed to helping them achieve their goals with patience, encouragement, and personalized guidance.

For me, teaching is more than explaining grammar rules, it's about helping people gain the confidence to express themselves and connect with others through language.
