Nadezhda Terzieva

Dear Hiring Manager / Future Students,

I am an English teacher with a Master’s degree in Teaching, holding TESOL and TEFL certifications, and I am currently completing a CELTA program.
My classes are communicative and student-centered, focused on building fluency, confidence, and clear understanding of grammar. I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, whether for general English or exam preparation (IELTS/Cambridge).
I combine structured practice with interactive activities such as discussions and real-life tasks, aiming to make lessons both effective and engaging.
I look forward to helping students achieve their goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Kind regards,
Nadya

My Teaching Methodology
My methodology is grounded in the Communicative Approach (CLT) and tailored to individual learning goals.
High Student Talk Time (STT): Encouraging you to speak from day one to build real fluency and confidence:
Exam Strategies (Cambridge and TOEFL): Targeted practice with authentic materials, essay correction, and real speaking simulations.
Structured and Practical Grammar: Grammar is taught in context, showing you how native speakers actually use it rather than just memorizing rules.
Personalized Learning Plans: Every lesson is built around your specific needs—whether for career, study, or official certification.
Furthermore, I foster a supportive environment where making mistakes is a natural part of learning. I tailor every session to your unique pace to guarantee visible progress from day one.
I focus on real, functional English, combining constructive feedback with constant encouragement so you can build true fluency and confidence. Learn effectively with a certified Cambridge professional! See you!
