No method is wrong, it can be a class around a short movie or song that the student might like but it could be also a typical breakdown of a gramatical rule and it's practise, the students will determine what needs to be done.

As an english teacher, I had had various level students who required different strategies and ways to go about it. I had given classes at the beach, on Skype and in the classical classroom, anything goes as long as the students are engaged and interested.
