In my classes, I focus on the interaction between the teacher to student(s), and student(s) to student(s). Therefore, I always encourage my students to speak, even they make many mistakes and I always create interactive activities based on the goal of the lesson because I believe language is acquired best if we use it for communication, not just learn it passively.
