Nicole Royall

Hi! I’m Nicole, a bilingual English and Spanish tutor with over four years of experience teaching students of different ages, abilities and backgrounds.

Alongside tutoring, I recently graduated with a degree in International Fashion Business. My studies and career have given me the opportunity to live, study and work internationally, including experience in London, Sydney and Mallorca. I’ve worked within fashion, marketing and communications for brands including Victoria Beckham, which means I bring plenty of creativity, real-world experience and conversation into my lessons.

I’ve taught English and Spanish both in person and online, supporting students with school and GCSE-level work, Cambridge and Trinity exam preparation, conversational skills, Business English and job interviews. I’ve also worked with professionals, including employees at EY, tailoring lessons around their careers and individual goals. More recently, I gained classroom experience as a Spanish Teaching Assistant at a secondary school in the UK.

I believe learning a language should feel personal and enjoyable rather than like another hour of school. I take time to understand each student, what they’re interested in and how they learn best, then adapt my lessons accordingly. Whether the goal is improving a grade, preparing for an exam, becoming more confident speaking or using English professionally, I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and enjoying the process.
