Hola there, Patrick here! Originally from the United States, I have been living and teaching English in Spain now for over nine years. I have a bachelor's degree in Political Science (Miami University), a master's in Secondary Education with a focus on English Universidad Internacional de Valencia), and a master's in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Universidad de Alcalá). Additionally, I am currently working on a degree in English Studies (UNED). My classes are meant to be highly customizable, engaging, and entertaining. I use a lot of native materials (videos, texts, and audios) and always do my best to cater the class to the needs and interests of the student. I have experience preparing students for Cambridge, Trinity, and Escuela Oficial de Idiomas exams. Helping push students outside of their comfort zones is a staple of my methodology so that improvements can be made in areas that seldom go unexplored.
