Llevo dando clases de inglés desde antes siquiera de empezar a estudiar mi carrera en Filología Inglesa en la Universidad de Málaga, ¡y ya estoy haciendo un doctorado!
Tengo una metodología muy adaptable a la hora de dar mis clases. Con todos los alumnos que he tenido me he adaptado a sus necesidades. He visto lo que los motivaba más o lo que necesitaban reforzar especialmente y me he centrado en ello.
Por ejemplo, con adolescentes me gusta descubrir qué les gusta, qué temas les motivan y despiertan ese brillo en sus ojos, y después me dedico a prepararles material que, al mismo tiempo que les motiva, les hace aumentar su nivel de inglés. Con adultos me gusta ser precisa y ceñirme a lo que están buscando, ya sea una preparación para un examen o simplemente mejorar el idioma, e intento adaptarme a todas sus necesidades de horario o sus preferencias.

I've been teaching English since before I started my degree in English Studies and now I'm already doing a PhD!
My teaching methodology is very adaptable when it comes down to my classes. With all my students I have adapted to their needs. I have discovered what motivated them or what they mostly needed to improve and I have focused on that.
For example, with teenagers I love to see what they are motivated by, what they like and what lights that sparkle in their eyes, and then I focus on preparing material that, while motivating, helps them to improve their English level. With adults I like to be precise and stick to what they are looking for, be it preparation for an exam or just to improve their use of the English language, and I try to adapt to all their timetable needs or preferences.
