Internationally recognised ELT practitioner, researcher, and teacher trainer with 15+ years of experience across secondary education, higher education, and accredited teacher training in Egypt and the UAE. Holder of the Trinity College London DipTESOL (Level 7, RQF, equivalent to a UK master's degree), Cambridge CELTA, Cambridge CELTS (with active authorised assessor status since 2021), TKT Band 3 (Modules 1 & 2), Educational Management Diploma, and Cambridge Delta (in progress); member of the IATEFL Teacher Training & Education Special Interest Group (TTEdSIG). Selected as a speaker at Innovate ELT Barcelona, one of the world's most competitive peer-reviewed ELT conferences, for four consecutive years (2023–2026), and at TESOL Arabia Sharjah (2024) and ELT Conference Kuwait (2025), presenting research on error correction, rapport, the critical friend in professional development, and teacher talk analysis.
Currently serving simultaneously as Grade 9 ELA Teacher and Curriculum Designer at Ajyal Al Falah School, Abu Dhabi, designing CCSS-aligned instruction, Gradual Release Model lesson plans, and Depth of Knowledge-mapped assessments, and as EAP, IELTS, and EM-SAT Instructor at Jumeirah University, Dubai.
