Hi! I’m Robin, a native English teacher from Ireland now living and working in Valencia. After a year of teaching, I’ve realized that most students know the 'rules' but struggle to use them when it actually matters. My goal is to change that for you.

How My Classes Work (Methodology):
I follow a Communicative Approach. This means we won’t spend the whole hour looking at a textbook. Instead, we use English as a tool to solve problems, share ideas, and navigate real-life situations.

What Our Sessions Look Like (Dynamics):
70/30 Speaking Rule: You do the majority of the talking. I provide the corrections and the vocabulary you're missing in the moment.

Real-World Tasks: We practice scenarios like ordering in a restaurant, handling a job interview, or debating a current news topic.

Authentic Content: We use real videos, podcasts, and articles—not just 'made-for-ESL' materials—so you get used to how people actually speak.

My Experience:
I have been teaching for one year, specializing in helping students overcome the 'fluency plateau.'
