I teach depending on the students needs or what the parents need. Given an hour, i can do 10 minutes for vocabulary, 30 minutes for grammar, 10 minutes for exercises to make sure that the student has understood what we have learnt then the last 10 minutes is for a conversation... This is very flexible though.
