Hi! I’m Roxanne, a master’s student currently living in Bilbao. Teaching has always been something I truly enjoy because it gives me the chance to help others express themselves clearly and confidently in English. Over the years, I have worked with students of different ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds, from beginners learning the basics to more advanced learners preparing for academic or professional use.

In my classes, I focus on making lessons practical, interactive, and suited to each student’s goals. I believe that language learning works best when it feels natural, so I often use real-life topics, short videos, quick games or activities, and conversational practice to keep lessons engaging and meaningful. Mistakes are welcome because they are part of the learning journey, and I always make sure students feel comfortable and supported.

One of my main goals as a teacher is to help my learners develop and boost their confidence. I believe that knowledge is already within us, but what truly matters is learning how to put it into practice. Building confidence is a powerful way to bring out one’s potential and manage skills effectively, and this is something I always aim to nurture in my students.

Aside from English, I also teach Public Speaking, Digital Marketing for beginners, and basic or conversational Japanese. These areas allow me to combine communication skills with creativity, helping students express themselves clearly and confidently in different situations.
