My work as an educator is to facilitate my students through their challenges, record their personal journey so that they can look back and see how far they have come and make the language learning process really meaningful for each one of my individual students.
I particularly like using creative and using hands-on activities that allow students to interact. Over the years, I have noticed that this kind of work is what truly instills passion into my students. The opportunities for them to create and to interact with their fellow classmates make language learning very engaging for them.
Some of the tools I like using to help me manage my classrooms are the ClassDojo . This online classroom management software is really useful for teachers because it is flexible and allows for easy communication with parents. Children love it because of the wonderful visuals it provides. Gonoodle is also a wonderful resource for relaxation and brain breaks. There is a wide range of activities that can fit with most grades in elementary. Activities such as dancing, breathing exercises and yoga are designed with children in mind.
I also believe that great planning is a key to classroom management success. Having hands-on, engaging activities that allow students to interact takes much of the work out of classroom management. a well-designed lesson means that students enjoy learning,
