Hi, I’m Sarah – a qualified English teacher from the North of England, now living in Spain. I specialise in friendly, one-to-one online classes for adults who want to feel more confident speaking English in real life. Whether you’re learning for travel, work, or just for yourself, my lessons are relaxed, practical, and tailored to you.

I have worked in Academies in Spain teaching classes however I found there was a huge gap in what people were learning and what they needed to learn. Yeah we covered all the grammar however the classes seemed random and not focused on particular subjects in which the students needed to study.

I have over 18 years experience teaching a variety of subects from music to art to cooking and my speciality is making people feel comfortable in the classroom making sure that they realise and reach their full potential whilst enjoying themselves and having fun!

My classes focus on what the student needs... If you need English for interviews, lets study your area of work and the type of questions they are going to ask you in the interview... Need english for working in a restaurant? No problem lets look at vocabulary, scenarios and all the weird things that could happen in that situation! Ill make sure you have an answer for everything!

I focus on real communication, not just grammar rules. We’ll work on natural conversation, vocabulary you’ll actually use, and all those little details that help you sound more fluent. I love building genuine connections with my students – many of them say they feel like they’re chatting with a friend, not sitting in a classroom!
