“Are we singing today or painting first?” that’s usually the first question in my English classes. I’m Sarra, 26, and I teach kids through music, art, and handcrafts, not boring worksheets. We play guitar, ukulele, and kalimba, paint our feelings, build things with our hands, and learn English without even realizing it. I use Montessori-inspired activities so children feel free to move, create, imagine, and be themselves while learning.
Behind the fun, there is strong academic preparation: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and a Master’s degree in English Literature and Civilization, and I was awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship for academic excellence to study in A Coruña. I also have experience as a kindergarten teacher and as an English tutor for children, which helped me understand different learning rhythms and personalities. I speak Arabic fluently, English at an advanced level, and communicate in French and Spanish, creating a warm and inclusive environment for children from different backgrounds.
